At BUNKSTAR, we don’t just sell clothing β€” we deliver attitude. Every piece is crafted to meet premium standards, and we aim to give you a smooth, transparent, and no-nonsense experience. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us at bunkstar.in@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9062750885. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 48–72 business hours.

We offer a 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Customers can request a size exchange, replacement, or refund, subject to availability and eligibility. Certain products such as limited edition drops, sale items, or exclusive collections may not be eligible for return or refund. In such cases, the policy mentioned on the product page will be considered final and binding.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in unused, unwashed, unworn condition, with all original tags, labels, packaging, and any included items intact. Products showing signs of wear, stains, damage, odor, or alteration will be strictly rejected. BUNKSTAR reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet quality standards.

For eligible requests, reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available. In locations where pickup is not feasible, customers may be required to ship the product to our address. In such cases, reverse shipping charges may apply and will be communicated in advance. All returned products undergo a quality inspection before approval.

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and successfully verified. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10–14 working days. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details for processing the refund. Wallet refunds, if applicable, may reflect within 24–48 hours. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing time may extend slightly.

If a replacement or exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Once a product has been exchanged, it will not be eligible for a refund in future requests.

For open-box deliveries, customers are required to report any damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery, along with proper unboxing proof (video/photos). Returns without valid proof in such cases may not be accepted. Returns are only allowed for manufacturing defects, wrong items delivered, or size issues (if eligible).

Please note that minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen differences are not considered defects.
