At BUNKSTAR, we move fast — just like the streets that inspire us. Our goal is to get your order delivered quickly, safely, and without hassle.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is packed and ready, it is handed over to our delivery partners for dispatch.
We offer Express Shipping at ₹50, while Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹499. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra charge on eligible locations. All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Delivery timelines typically range between 2–4 business days, depending on your location. While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather, logistics issues, or high order volumes.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS and/or email, along with a tracking link (if available), so you can stay updated on your delivery in real time.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected pin codes across India. BUNKSTAR reserves the right to disable COD on certain orders based on serviceability or order history.
In case your order is delayed, lost, or not delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can take immediate action and resolve the issue.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order. BUNKSTAR will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, we recommend refusing delivery or reporting it immediately. In case of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us as soon as possible, and our team will assist you with a resolution.
BUNKSTAR reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest policy.
